My First Plane Experience

When I was doing my master's thesis, I kidded my wife that if I would graduate she would treat me with an airplane ride. I never had an experience of boarding on a plane since birth.
Today, I have just savored the bliss of fulfilling a long time desire. I have just boarded Cebu Pacific flight 5J 961 bound for Davao with takeoff point at NAIA. I am here in Mergrande Ocean Resort, Talomo, Davao City as a poster presenter to the 19th PHILARM Annual Convention. With me is my mentor, Ate Mean Mani and IPSTED Dean, Doc Mar Fetalver.
My flight was at 4:00 o'clock in the morning. I was a little bit disappointed since I did not have the chance of taking sight of the landscape under. But during the takeoff, I saw the metropolis as a giant Christmas light.
About one and a half hours after, when the plane was at 35,000 feet above sea level, the pilot announced the plane's descent. As the plane went down, I saw enormous oceans of air spreading all around, reaching unimaginable heights. The air pressure kept on pushing my eardrums, they nearly exploded. Well, I remembered what I had been teaching my physics class before. Now, if I would teach the concept again, I could discuss the experience very well.
Hello, Davao City! Daghan nga salamat sa imong picturesque aerial view!
